Gabbys Kitchen
Gabby’s Kitchen is an African based catering service in Denton, Tx that provides delicious home cooked meals. Gabby’s Kitchen was founded by 22 year old entrepreneur Gabriele Ihemere. Gabriele is a current University of North Texas Student pursuing her Bachelor’s degree. The business is currently being run from her home and thus far has gained a lot of traction in the local community. As her business grows the goal is to expand into a full-time restaurant. With Denton’s vastly growing community this would be an excellent opportunity in the city. Denton is home to the University of North Texas which in one of the biggest universities in the state. UNT is known for its diverse range of students. Students from all walks of life and backgrounds attend the University. In addition, UNT’s African student population is also rather large and still growing. Taking these factors into consideration Gabriele has decided to move forward with the plan to open her restaurant. This would be the first African based restaurant in Denton, TX. A portion of their demographic will be young college students. Gabby’s Kitchen will serve as “the ultimate place to relax and enjoy good food in a bright free environment.” In order to help raise money to cover opening/start up costs, Gabby has started a Go Fund Me (Go Fund Me link below).
